Adiabatic Fluid Coolers and Dry Coolers
Fan Coil Walls
Fan coil walls place large arrays of EC fans behind chilled-water coils along the data hall perimeter, moving massive airflow across the white space with no equipment on the raised floor or in the aisles. They’re designed for elevated water temperatures and tight approach temperatures, which keeps chillers in their most efficient range and maximizes free-cooling hours. Modular sections scale with the hall and allow maintenance without taking cooling offline.
CRAH and CRAC Units
Computer room air handlers (CRAH, chilled water) and computer room air conditioners (CRAC, direct expansion) provide precise temperature and humidity control for data halls, network rooms, electrical rooms, and UPS and battery spaces. Our perimeter and in-room units are built for 24/7 operation, with EC fans, variable-capacity compressors, and intelligent controls that coordinate units as a team instead of letting them fight each other.
Thermal Energy Storage Tanks
When utility power drops, IT load keeps generating heat while chillers restart behind the generators. Chilled-water thermal energy storage (TES) tanks bridge that gap, carrying the data center through chiller restart and power transfer without a temperature excursion. The same tanks can shift chiller load to off-peak hours, reduce demand charges, and let you size the plant closer to average load.
Pump and Prefab Pipe Skids
On-site pipe fitting is one of the biggest schedule risks on a data center build. Our prefabricated pump and pipe skids move that work into a controlled factory: pumps, VFDs, valves, strainers, instrumentation, controls, and interconnecting piping, assembled on a structural frame and tested before shipment. Skids arrive ready to set, connect, and commission, with fewer trades on site and more predictable quality.
Acoustical Treatment
Large chiller and cooler yards run around the clock, and data centers increasingly sit near homes with strict day and night noise limits. Noise has become a permitting and community-acceptance risk, not an afterthought. We provide engineered acoustical solutions for chiller yards, rooftops, and generator areas, designed together with the cooling equipment so attenuation never restricts airflow or causes hot-air recirculation.
Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs)
AI and high-performance computing racks now produce more heat than air alone can remove. Coolant distribution units connect the facility chilled-water loop to the technology cooling loop that feeds cold plates on the servers. A CDU keeps the IT loop separate through a heat exchanger and holds supply temperature, pressure and flow within tight limits. It also filters the coolant and keeps it clean, protecting the expensive hardware on the other side.
